EP news, and next project.
I am extremely excited to hear what the EP is going to sound like when it is done. I know I’ve been talking about it forever, but the drums are done, and we are close to having it complete. Kevin’s drums are awesome, and Sean is currently working on vocals. Sorry to push the release date back again, but it is beginning to look like a December release. I don’t know what we are going to do for any kind of post production type things, so I will have to have a discussion with them about what steps we are going to take for that. The EP will probably will be around four bucks, and it will be four tracks. I will post the site where you can download it when all of that is complete.
I also have a non musical project coming up, even though it is music related. That makes sense, right? Details will follow very soon, but I can assure you that it is going to have a lot of very cool exclusive content, cool forums, lots of awesome opportunities, and some really cool other things you don’t see many bands doing. This project will be launched before 2011 ends. All I can say for now is that the person involved is a lead guitar player in a very influential metal band…
In other news, I am also very excited to begin a new metal project (in which I will be playing drums). I recently met a guitar player who is playing with a killer band right now. He is a rad player, and that project will begin in about a week or two. The band is on tour right now, but when they are finished he and I are going to begin our project. As of now, there is no vocalist, but I have some ideas of who we might try and get involved with the project. I will keep you posted on that as well. I have high hopes for this project, and am definitely excited to hear the songs he is going to write.
Monday, August 15th, 2011 was the Summer Slaughter date in Washington, DC. It was great to see some old friends and make some new ones. I had the privilege of hanging out on the Six Feet Under bus, filming Kevin Talley from on stage, and hung out with Rob Arnold, Kevin Talley, Shannon Lucas, and made some new friends. I am lucky to be able to call these guys friends.

Sean Z, Kevin Talley, Jeremy Creamer: EP Update
Just got track 2 from Talley…just got to edit drums for one more song, then the vocals and bass can get finished up, then it will be basically ready for release…I’ll have to finish up some mixing but it will be done really soon. Stoked on it…I will post all the links when it is done, and I will be posting a huge blog about my experiences in doing this project.
